Beta 1.6

Another smaller beta but still quite important, drifting feels so much better as well as just normal driving. So enjoy! Next update should hopefully be a map extension. Enjoy!

Changelog:
- Cones are no longer static, drive into them so they fly away!

- Made the car a bit easier to steer
- Improved drifting
- Car should be flipping in less strange occations
- Fixed being able to reset the car position in the middle of a jump
